This page describes terms, consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), dispute resolution and how to make legal or privacy requests.
These Terms (Terms) govern your use of Dealparallax's services including custom software development, web and mobile development, outsourcing and enterprise solutions. By engaging our services you accept these Terms.
Where statutory consumer guarantees apply (for consumers as defined by the ACL), those guarantees prevail and any exclusion in these Terms will be read subject to the ACL.

Dealparallax complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). For consumer clients, the ACL provides guarantees including that services will be rendered with due care and skill and be fit for purpose.
If you are a consumer under ACL and a service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to remedies including repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.
To the extent permitted by law, Dealparallax limits liability for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. This does not exclude consumer rights under the ACL.
For business clients, liability caps and indemnities are defined in contracts.
If you have a complaint, please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the matter promptly.
Use the form to submit notices, requests for information, data access requests, DMCA or takedown notices, or complaints about legal matters. We will acknowledge receipt within 10 business days.

We (or our licensors) retain all intellectual property rights in our methodologies, codebases, templates and documentation except where expressly assigned by written agreement. Clients receive licences to deliverables as specified in the contract.
If you believe your IP rights have been infringed by content hosted or created by Dealparallax, provide details via the submission form above.
Subject to mandatory consumer protections under the ACL, and except where expressly stated otherwise, Dealparallax excludes all warranties not expressly set out in these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability for our negligence or breach is limited to resupplying services or paying the cost of supply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia where applicable.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of services after such changes constitutes acceptance.
